We are engaged in the National Education Nature Park and Climate Action project.
The National Education Nature Park and Climate Action Awards aim to empower children and young people to make a positive difference to both their own and nature’s future.
The programme provides educators with the resources, support and guidance needed to put nature at the heart of education. Embedding nature education across the curriculum, the programmes will give every learner in England the opportunity to develop a meaningful connection to nature, build green skills for their futures and contribute to nature recovery across the country.

Hope Sentamu Learning Trust is working with a national charity, Schools of Sanctuary, to achieve the Schools of Sanctuary Award and have signed the Schools of Sanctuary Organisation Pledge.
“We support the ‘City of Sanctuary’ vision that the UK will be a welcoming place of safety for all and proud to offer sanctuary to people fleeing violence and persecution.
We endorse the City of Sanctuary Charter, and agree to act in accordance with City of Sanctuary values and apply the network principles within our work (as far as our specific context enables us to).
We recognise the contribution of people seeking sanctuary. Sanctuary seekers are welcomed, included and supported within our context.
